Instructions for Meta reviewers to test and verify Cambo Ads ChatFlow functionality.
This demo account is pre-loaded with sample data including connected pages, customers, comments, and automation rules.
Login to Demo AccountUse the credentials above to login. You will be redirected to the main dashboard which shows an overview of all activity.
Navigate to "Pages" in the sidebar. Click "Connect Facebook Page" to see the Facebook OAuth flow. Grant the required permissions to connect your test Page. The system will automatically subscribe to webhook events.
Go to "Automation Rules" and review existing rules. The demo has a rule: if a comment contains "price", the system automatically replies "Hello 👋 Please check your inbox." Post a comment with the word "price" on your connected Page post to test this.
Send a message to the connected Page. The welcome message automation will automatically respond. You can also test keyword-based replies by sending messages with specific keywords.
Navigate to the main Dashboard to see real-time statistics including total comments, messages, and customer status breakdown. The Live Comments page shows new comments in real-time.
Go to "Customers" to see a list of all customer interactions. You can update customer status (Interested, Deposited, etc.), add notes, and assign staff members.
Navigate to "Reports" to see daily, monthly, and yearly charts for comments, messages, and new customers. Reports can be exported as CSV.
Customer names and PSIDs are stored to track interaction history across multiple sessions
Message content is stored to maintain conversation history in the CRM inbox
Customer data is only accessible by the business account that owns the connected Facebook Page
Data is never sold to third parties or used for advertising
Users can delete customer data at any time from the dashboard
Data is stored securely in encrypted PostgreSQL database
This permission allows Cambo Ads ChatFlow to retrieve the list of Facebook Pages that a user manages. This is required for users to select which of their Pages they want to connect to our CRM system.
Required to subscribe the user's Facebook Page to webhook events. Without this permission, we cannot receive real-time notifications of new comments and messages.
Allows us to read the engagement data (comments, reactions) on the connected Facebook Page, which is essential for our comment management dashboard.
Required to read comments and posts created by users on the connected Facebook Page. This powers our live comment dashboard and customer tracking.
Allows the system (on behalf of the page) to reply to comments. This is the core permission enabling our comment auto-reply automation feature.
Required to send and receive Messenger messages through the connected Facebook Page. This powers our inbox management and Messenger automation features.
