By registering for or using Cambo Ads ChatFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Cambo Ads ChatFlow is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to manage Facebook Page interactions including comments and Messenger messages, automate replies, track customers, and generate reports.
You are responsible for: maintaining the security of your account credentials; ensuring your use of the platform complies with Meta Platform Policy; obtaining proper consent when messaging users; and not using the platform for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity.
By using Cambo Ads ChatFlow, you agree to comply with the Meta Platform Policy (https://developers.facebook.com/policy/) and the Facebook Pages Policy. Our platform is designed for legitimate customer support and business CRM use only. Sending unsolicited messages or using our platform to spam users is strictly prohibited.
When sending messages through Facebook Messenger, you must comply with Meta's Messaging Window Policy. You may only send messages within the 24-hour messaging window unless using approved message tags. Cambo Ads ChatFlow includes follow-up features designed to operate within these guidelines.
You may not use Cambo Ads ChatFlow to: send bulk unsolicited messages; collect user data without consent; violate any applicable law or regulation; attempt to circumvent platform security; or resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
You retain ownership of your business data and Facebook Page data. Cambo Ads ChatFlow stores data only to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, Meta Platform Policy, or any applicable law, with or without notice.
Cambo Ads ChatFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any issues resulting from Facebook API changes or outages.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
