Cambo Ads ChatFlow ("we", "our", or "us") operates a SaaS-based Facebook CRM and Messenger Automation platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data and the data of your Facebook Page customers when you use our services.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account Information: Email address, name, and password (hashed) when you register.
  • Facebook Data: Facebook Page ID, Page name, and Page Access Token (stored securely) when you connect a Page.
  • Customer Interaction Data: Comments, Messenger messages, and user profiles (PSID, name) from your connected Facebook Pages.
  • Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, and activity within our platform for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide the CRM and automation features of our platform.
  • To send automated replies to comments and messages on behalf of your Facebook Page.
  • To store customer interaction history for your CRM dashboard.
  • To generate reports and analytics for your business.
  • To improve platform security and prevent abuse.

4. Facebook Platform Data

We access Facebook data only through the official Facebook Graph API with user-granted permissions. We comply with the Meta Platform Policy. We do not:

  • Sell Facebook user data to third parties.
  • Use Facebook data for advertising purposes outside the connected Page.
  • Store unnecessary personal data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@camboads.com. When a Facebook Page is disconnected, we stop collecting new data from that Page.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), JWT authentication, and secure PostgreSQL database storage. Facebook Page Access Tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed to the frontend.

7. Your Rights
